Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia

Construction of $512 million Lincoln Financial Field began in May 2001, and by August 2003 the stadium had hosted its first event. According to the Eagles, they have sold out every game including the first regular season game in "The Linc's" history, where the Eagles lost 17-0 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday Night Football.
Later that inaugural season, the Eagles hosted the first of two NFC championship games, the second in 2004, 27-10 win over Atlanta, sent the Eagles to their second Super Bowl appearance.
Lincoln Financial Field's amenities are a far cry from the stadium it replaced, Veterans Stadium. The Linc's front row is 60 feet from the field's sideline, or half the distance of that at the old Veterans Stadium.
