The Teach For Pakistan Fellowship is a highly selective, full time, two-year, paid employment opportunity. This experience is designed as an incredibly unique journey of leadership, intended for those willing to take on immense challenges and own the process of learning and growth. Fellows will be Teach For Pakistan employees as well as full time staff members of the schools in which they are placed.

Teach For Pakistan believes that every child in Pakistan deserves access to an education that empowers them to reach their full potential and drive positive change. Our mission is to build a nationwide movement of outstanding graduates and young professionals who commit two years to teach in under-resourced schools by joining our rigorous and internationally recognized Fellowship program and go on to become lifelong leaders working across all fields to expand educational opportunity. In September 2014, our fourth cohort of 55 Fellows began teaching in under-resourced schools across Karachi and Lahore.An independent social enterprise, Teach For Pakistan is a partner in the Teach For All global network of similar organizations working to expand educational opportunity in 35 countries around the world.

 Eligibility:

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 
• Students from all academic disciplines are encouraged to apply
• All coursework towards undergraduate or post-graduate degree must be completed by June 2015
• Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English and Urdu - the medium of instruction in placement schools is Urdu
• Willingness to make the two-year commitment with placement in Karachi or Lahore
