In the winter, from late January through March is the mustard season, the bright vibrant yellow colors of the mustard amongst the vineyard fields is a spectacle to behold. In the spring the rolling hills and vineyards are dormant with the bare vineyards, but they come alive in the summer and the final harvest usually begins in August.
